What we do

Four services, one accountable contact.

We choose the right partner for each job, from factories to software specialists, and stay on the program from the first quote to the last delivery, in English and Spanish.

CM

Contract manufacturing

We place your product with a qualified partner factory and manage it from quote and samples through production and delivery.

PCBA

Electronics and PCB assembly

Bare boards, assemblies and box builds from plants we qualify against automotive standards, with PPAP when your program needs it.

SW

Software and AI

Custom software, integrations and AI tools that automate quoting, documents, reporting and content for your team.

REP

Manufacturer representation

We represent qualified manufacturers to U.S. buyers and stay on the account after the first order.

How a program runs

Five steps, starting with a signature.

Each step has a clear handoff, so your purchasing, engineering and quality teams always know what comes next.

  1. 01

    Mutual NDA

Signed before drawings, prices or company names change hands.

  2. 02

    Quote package

Drawings or files, bill of materials or requirements, test plan, annual volume and delivery terms.

  3. 03

    Quote and samples

Prices at volume levels, tooling and engineering charges listed separately, sample or prototype lead time.

  4. 04

    Qualification

Plant audit, samples, and PPAP or acceptance testing at the level your team sets.

  5. 05

    Production and support

Orders, delivery tracking and corrective actions, or software releases and support, through one contact.

NDA first.

We sign before you share. Drawings, prices and the names of the companies we work with stay confidential, and every introduction we make is registered under a confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement. That is also why you won't find client logos on this site: we never publish a client's or a partner's name without written permission.

For manufacturers

A U.S. sales presence, without a U.S. office.

We bring qualified opportunities with U.S. automotive and industrial buyers to plants that can meet their quality requirements.

What you get

  • Introductions to U.S. buyers who have a real program to quote.
  • Help with buyer requirements: supplier onboarding, PPAP and quality documents.
  • Bilingual coordination between your plant and the buyer's purchasing, engineering and quality teams.
  • Account management for as long as the program runs.

How we work together

  • A confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement, signed before any introduction.
  • Each buyer we introduce is registered with you in writing.
  • A written representation agreement sets commission and responsibilities.
  • Quotes and orders for registered accounts are shared with us.

Partner qualification

What we require from every manufacturing partner.

For electronics and automotive programs, we check these before we put a plant in front of a buyer, so your quality team doesn't find the gaps in its first audit.

Area Standard What we check
Quality system IATF 16949 · ISO 9001 IATF 16949 certificate for the manufacturing site, or ISO 9001 with a documented path to it.
Launch AIAG APQP · PPAP Ability to prepare PPAP submissions at the level the buyer sets.
Workmanship IPC-6012 · IPC-A-610 · J-STD-001 Bare-board and assembly acceptance at the class on your drawing.
Traceability Lot · date code Traceability from component lots to shipped boards.
Materials RoHS · REACH · IMDS The material declarations automotive customers ask for.
Bare boards UL 796 UL-recognized board construction where the drawing requires it.

Questions

Straight answers before the first call.

What we do, how we protect your information, and how to start.

01

What does AF Impacts do?

AF Impacts LLC is a U.S. technology services company registered in Texas. We manage contract manufacturing, electronics and PCB assembly, and software and AI projects for industrial and automotive clients, and we represent qualified manufacturers to U.S. buyers. One bilingual contact handles each program from the first quote to delivery.

02

Does AF Impacts have its own factory?

No. We work with qualified partner factories and engineering teams, choose the right one for each program, and manage the NDA, quote, samples and qualification with them. Your team keeps one point of contact the whole way.

03

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Contract manufacturing of parts and assemblies; bare circuit boards, PCB assemblies and box builds; and custom software, integrations and AI tools that automate quoting, documents and reporting. Programs run from prototypes and samples to series production.

04

Which quality standards do your manufacturing partners meet?

For automotive work we require IATF 16949 at the manufacturing site, or ISO 9001 with a documented path to it, and the ability to deliver AIAG APQP and PPAP at the level the buyer sets. Electronics are accepted to IPC-6012, IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 at the class on your drawing. We confirm certificates are current before we present a plant.

05

How do you protect our drawings and prices?

A mutual NDA is signed before any drawings, files, prices or company names change hands, and every introduction is registered under a confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement. Files go only to the partners quoting your program, and we never publish a client's or partner's name without written permission.

06

We are a manufacturer. How would AF Impacts represent us?

We act as your U.S. sales representative. We bring buyers with real programs to quote, help with supplier onboarding, PPAP and quality documents, and manage the account after the first order. The terms are in writing: a confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement, a registration for each buyer we introduce, and a representation agreement that sets the commission.

07

Where are your manufacturing partners located?

We work with manufacturers in more than one country and choose each one by capability, certification, cost and logistics to your plant. Partner names are shared once an NDA is signed.

08

How do I start a quote or project?

Send a short description, without drawings, through the form on this page or to sales@afimpacts.com. We reply with an NDA. Once it's signed, send drawings or design files, a bill of materials or requirements, test requirements, quantities or annual volume, and target timing. For software, describe the process you want to automate.
